We are continuously looking for high quality items that align with our vision, and that meet the needs of our members. Currently we have some great suppliers and are able to offer a wide variety of products. Our farmer in Dural provides us with boxes of fruit and veg, bread, eggs.
We also do quarterly orders of dry goods, and provide a large range of grocery items - from natural health products to cleaning products, and personal care items. We also alternate other products such as meat, chicken, cheese and olive oil, etc.
Fruit and Vegetables
Organic fruit and vegetables are sourced on a weekly basis from an organic community farm in the outskirts of Sydney. They practice permaculture principles and incorporate organic/biodynamic farming techniques. Most of the produce is grown on the farm, or sourced from other organic/biodynamic farms in the area. Some produce is also sourced from organic wholesale markets.
Mixed boxes of seasonal Fruit & Veg come in Small ($35) or Medium ($50). You can switch between these sizes as often as you like. To maintain the excellent value we receive from the supplier, no personal preferences can be catered for in the box design. However, there is an extensive Extras List offering various fruits, vegetables, herbs etc, which can be purchased in addition to your box(es). Eggs and organic sourdough bread from the Bread and Butter Project, is included with the Fruit & Veg range.

Please note that Fruit and Veg is ordered directly through our farmer, and it is not required to log into our ordering software to receive weekly boxes, but delivery is to the Nourishing Source 'hub' in Lane Cove.
Health and Home
Health and Home covers more than 3000 items consisting of additional food items (ranging from coconut water to chocolate to tamari sauce), personal care products, cleaning products and natural health products such as skin and hair products, baby products, cleaning detergents, dietary supplements, natural medicine etc. Health and Home is offered quarterly with dry goods orders, or when minimum orders are filled

Dry Goods

is our quarterly order where we buy a large variety of organic, natural, fair trade, raw, dairy/ gluten free foods such as baking ingredients, cereals, dried fruit, grains, herbs and spices, alternative milk products, nuts, rice, specialty foods, spreads, alternative sweeteners, tea and coffee
In addition to buying directly from wholesale agents with cheaper prices, we are able to purchase items in bulk that we then split between us, creating even more savings. Dry Goods is historically where it all started back in 2011, and lies at the core of our group. Our split function is where our software really shines as it allows for the easy coordination of splitting large quantities such as 25kg bags of flour!

Organic Meats and Chicken

Offers organic/biodynamic, sustainable, grass fed and local meat products ad hoc at wholesale and bulk prices. We currently supply certified organic beef and lamb from Myallsprings north of Gunnedah in north western NSW, and whole organic, free-range chickens from Inglewood Farm.
There is a 20kg minimum order for beef, which comes in a mixed pack of various cuts. You can share with friends and family if the amount is larger than you can fit in the freezer - or email others in the group to split between you.
The chicken has a minimum order of 6 whole chooks or trays (can be mixed).

On occasion, we also organise orders for a variety of other products including Toscana Olive Oil, Cheese, Fish 4 Ever, Frozberries, etc. If you have any product requests, please let us know and we will try our best to incorporate them with our orders.
