ORDER AGREEMENTS

Agreement

 

To best provide a pleasant, efficient and reliable buyers group, we ask that all members follow our guidelines. 

 

Before signing up to our ordering page, you will be asked to accept the following requests:

  • All members commit to purchasing through the group on a regular basis (i.e quarterly for dry goods order, etc) and making a commitment to shopping through Nourishing Source as a priority. Members do not have to sign up to every aspect of Nourishing Source. However it is expected you will participate in at least one of our core products.This is essential to ensure the groups consistency and flow when providing products and produce. Priority will be given to potential new members who are willing to participate in all aspects of the group. If you are not placing your regular order, please notify the person organizing the order so we can ensure that we have enough members to meet our requests and minimum requirements.

  • All members are required to keep up to date with information about our group, including becoming familiar with information on the website,  reading all emails, and checking in on FB (if you have a FB account).

 

  • All members are expected to contribute with supporting the ongoing tasks required to keep the group vibrant; doing splits, organising orders, posting recipes or educational material on FB, organising activities, etc. Please note that for our dry goods splits, members that are unable to help split will be charged a packing fee that will go to the members that are available to help with splits to ensure we have enough help on the day.

  • Online Payments need to be made within three days of receiving your invoice. You will receive an invoice via email after the day of pickup/splits with payment details.

  • All members are expected to recommend new members on an ongoing basis- to their family, friends, school communities and work colleagues that you think share our values of ethical foods and natural health.

 

  • Please make sure you only order heat sensitive items when you are available to plan for delivery. Eski's need to be dropped in the morning before expected delivery, and needs to be picked up as soon as splits have finished. Please do not order products that require being kept cool if you are unavailable to ensure you can provide eskis appropriate for storage until you can pickup.

  • If you have reasons to be concerned about maintaining the quality of a product you have ordered (melted chocolate or thawed frozen berries) please make sure you are available to help with the split as the group holds no responsability to maintain temperatures on behalf of other members unless it has been pre-arranged. 

 

  • All members are required to pick up their order by 7pm on the day of the splits for dry goods, and within three days for other items.

There is no obligation to continue ordering with Nourishing Source should you wish to discontinue your membership with the group, but please advise the Admin Team well ahead of time to allow for new members to fill the available spot.
